Through meditation, practitiners can calam their thoughts, increase mindfullness, and develop a deeper connection with their inner selves. Regular meditation pratice can improve mental well-being, reduce anxiety and depression, and enhance overall emotional resilience.

Yoga is not just a physical and mental pratice it also encomprasses ethical principles known as the Yamas as Niyamas. These principle  serve as guidelines for living a moral and ethical life, both on and off the yoga mat. The Yamas include non-violence, truthfulness, while the Niyamas include non-possessiveness, while the Niyamas include cleanliness, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, and surrender to a higher power.

While yoga can be practiced individually, it is also commonly taught in group setting by qualified instructors. Yoga classes may vary in style and intensity, ranging from gentle and restorative practices to more dynamic and physically demanding ones. Some popular styles of yoga inculde Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, and Kudalini.

It is important to note that yoga is a personal journey,, and each individual may have different goal and experiences.
